Return Kit Notes
All Radio/Control equipment must be returned at the conclusion of the contest. We plan on using it again next year so DO NOT MODIFY ANY of the equipment. This includes the transmitter, receiver, servos, batteries, electronic speed controllers, or their associated connectors. This page lists the items which must be returned to BRAZOS BEST, undamaged, immediately following the local BEST competition, unless PRIOR arrangements have been made. Items marked with a M are included in this kit for convenience only, and may not be incorporated into your robot.

- DO NOT cut any connecting wires on these parts when removing them from your machine. Especially be careful of the SPEED CONTROLLERS: lots of wires to disconnect !
- DO completely discharge batteries before re-charging. DO NOT leave charging batteries unattended. If a battery gets hot, UNPLUG IT !
- DO NOT modify, cut, solder, paint, epoxy, or attempt to repair: the transmitter, receiver, speed controllers, servos, extension wires, Y-Harnesses, or battery chargers.
- DO NOT modify, paint, epoxy, cut, grind, or drill on the Motors or Motor shafts.
- Failure to bring ALL return items to the machine check-in could DISQUALIFY your team from competing.
- Failure to return, undamaged, ALL return items could DISQUALIFY your team from future BEST participation.
